Jeromy is a California licensed architect and building contractor  and has been developing and managing residential rental property since 2005.  Jeromy focuses on acquisition of new properties and property management for Rogan Architecture and Development.

Susana is an Urban Planner and building designer and has been developing and managing residential property for over 15 years.  Susana worked over 10 years with Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning. Susana leads the design and land use consulting services for Rogan Architecture and Development.
